There are many things to like about the Fusion 7's new link dialog.
The figure above shows the new ability to "target" a link. In previous versions of Fusion, you had to do this by placing the target tag inside the link HMTL.
Targeting links gives you some control over the site user's browser. If you wish to have a link to an external site open a new window, set the target to _blank. This keeps your site available to users when they are done looking at the linked page. It can confuse people, however, when their browser's Back button mysteriously stops working.
Targeting is also extremely handy for making sure links in sites with frames behave as desired.
When you link to a page elsewhere on your site, the link dialog displays any anchors on the page. This ability is not new, but the interface is improved.
